Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Your expertise will help us connect the right talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for candidates.
  • Maintain an organised database of candidates and job openings.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract candidates.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Any HR Certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or sales recruitment
