Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Event Coordinator to manage a variety of events from conception through to execution in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a creative mind, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of diverse events.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and requirements.
  • Manage all logistical elements including transportation, catering, and entertainment.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare event materials and signage.
  • Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of event industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Further studies in tourism or hospitality is a plus
