Job Description

As a Nursing Manager, you will lead our nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care are met and maintained. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective care strategies and manage the nursing team to optimize workflow and enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure staff training and development are ongoing.
• Stay updated with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Manage patient care documentation and record-keeping.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among nursing staff.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration.
• Evaluate and resolve patient complaints effectively.
• Participate in nursing and hospital committees as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Master's degree in Nursing Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in nursing, with a focus on management and administration
