Responsibilities

• Conduct health screenings and immunizations.
• Manage prescription refills and authorizations.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management.
• Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on pharmacy experience
