Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day hospitality operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
  • Train and supervise hospitality staff, promoting teamwork and excellence.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with various departments to uphold service standards.
  • Oversee event planning and execution for seamless operations.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to promote hospitality services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Event Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospitality role with supervisory experience preferred
