Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Participate in team meetings focused on service improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining the customer service knowledge base.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and teammates.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant diploma or degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years in customer support or service roles
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Help Desk software
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational
