Job Description

As a Public Health Analyst in Johannesburg, you will be at the forefront of analysing health data to support public health initiatives. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify trends, evaluate health policies, and recommend improvements to our health services.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret public health data related to prevalent health issues.
  • Collaborate with public health professionals to evaluate community health programs.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in community health services.
  • Monitor public health trends and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Assist in designing and implementing public health initiatives and interventions.
  • Engage with community members to gather feedback on health services and programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or public health research
