We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent and a strong knack for recruiting in various sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to identify the best talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Use creative and innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience.
• Evaluate and manage recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to build your reputation in the industry.
• Support in developing employer branding initiatives to attract talent.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)
• Licensed Practitioner of Psychometric Assessments

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
