As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.

  • Stay updated on labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
