Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team in East London. In this role, you will assist customers by providing timely and effective support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met through effective communication.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues and suggestions for improvements.
  • Participate in the creation of customer service materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric with relevant further education
  • Degree in Business Administration or similar is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of customer support tools and software
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Soft Skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
Languages
  • English: Fluent
