Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, diagnosing various health conditions, and promoting preventive health practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and urgent care procedures as needed.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management.
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patient recovery and efficacy of treatments.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols within the practice.
• Engage in community outreach and health promotion initiatives.
• Document all medical services provided in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

Education

• Specialization in Family Medicine or related field
• Master's in Healthcare Management is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting and a focus on patient-centered care.
