We are seeking a dedicated Investment Banking Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for supporting the deal-making process, conducting financial analysis, and preparing pitch materials for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and spreadsheets.
• Prepare written materials and reports for client engagements.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to support deal strategies.
• Work with team members on financial due diligence.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor market developments and report findings to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
