Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Learning and Development Specialist who can create impactful learning experiences tailored to our employees' needs. This role will involve designing training programs, delivering workshops, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure our workforce is continuously developing.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the training requirements of different departments and design programs accordingly.
  • Create a training calendar and ensure timely execution of programs.
  • Work with external training providers to enhance internal offerings.
  • Foster relationships with employees to promote a learning culture.
  • Measure and report on training ROI and impact on business performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Education
  • Certifications in training and development are beneficial
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in learning and development
