Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations and provide guidance on conflicts and issues.
• Coordinate performance management processes and employee feedback.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Advise management on HR best practices and compliance.
• Promote diversity and ensure inclusion in hiring practices.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
