We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Implement and oversee employee wellness and engagement programs.
• Guide the performance management process to cultivate employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure policies are followed.
• Collate and analyze employee data for workforce planning.
• Respond promptly to HR-related requests and queries.
• Facilitate health and safety training and compliance audits.
• Promote and encourage staff involvement in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Support HR Manager in strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• HR-related certification is an asset

Experience

• 2-4 years of HR experience

• CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice
