Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall execution of construction projects.
  • Control project scope and budget through effective management practices.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings with all involved parties.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular updates.
  • Assist with the development of project specifications and designs.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management
