Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. This role requires strong administrative skills, with a focus on optimizing patient care and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the healthcare facility's operations to ensure patient-focused service delivery.
• Optimize administrative procedures and protocols for staff and patient interactions.
• Enhance operational workflows through effective leadership and staff training.
• Conduct regular assessments of service delivery to identify areas for improvement.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare staff.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and operational strategies.
• Engage with community stakeholders to enhance service outreach.
• Address patient concerns efficiently and drive solutions.
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or Business Management
• Master's degree in Public Health is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a management role
