Job Description

As a Smoker Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smoking equipment in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. Your role is crucial to ensuring the consistent production of high-quality smoked products, following strict safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor product quality and appearance throughout the smoking process.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Carry out regular audits of the smoking area for cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other team members in production planning.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in food safety and hygiene practices preferred.
