Job Description

We are looking for hardworking Grounds Maintenance Workers to join our Cape Town team. You'll perform various duties to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and flower bed maintenance. Join us in creating beautiful landscapes!

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of gardens and landscaping.
• Perform basic repairs to landscape features as needed.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient job completion.
• Educate customers on landscape care and maintenance.
• Use machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with event setups or special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent on tasks.

Advantageous

• Certification in organic gardening: Preference for candidates knowledgeable in organic gardening techniques.
• Experience with commercial landscape projects: Hands-on experience in managing larger landscaping contracts.
