Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of keyword strategy and research.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Provide regular reporting on SEO performance and ROI.
• Optimize local SEO efforts to attract regional customers.
• Engage in A/B testing to optimize website conversions.
• Keep marketing team informed and aligned with SEO initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and integration.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of tech SEO and site health.
• Advise on user behaviour changes that affect SEO strategies.
• Facilitate training workshops for departments on best SEO practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Strategy is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in SEO, particularly with proven results in ranking improvements
