Job Description

The Tube Cutter is responsible for cutting and shaping a range of tubes to precise measurements using advanced cutting machinery. The successful candidate will prioritize quality and safety while contributing to the seamless operation of the production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate tube cutting machinery and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cutting processes.
• Document production output and report variances in quality or efficiency.
• Train junior staff on cutting techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Technical qualification in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated cutting machines
• Knowledge of different types of tubes and materials

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
