Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will provide personal care and assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care while respecting clients' dignity and privacy.
• Assist clients in maintaining their independence and daily routines.
• Manage appointments and transportation for clients to medical visits.
• Educate clients and families on health maintenance and personal care.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities for mental stimulation.
• Collaborate with the team to improve care quality continuously.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Caregiving or Nursing Assistance

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience is an advantage

• Medical Equipment Use

Certifications

• Advanced First Aid Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
