Join our Pretoria-based team as a Childcare Worker, where your primary objective will be to provide care and support for children in a vibrant setting. You'll engage children in age-appropriate activities, maintain a safe environment, and work closely with the educational team to enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily care routines for children, ensuring their needs are met.
• Create a welcoming and stimulating environment for learning.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and families.
• Document and report on children's activities and progress.
• Assist in conducting health and safety checks.
• Encourage children's participation in physical and creative activities.
• Collaborate with educational staff to align on learning objectives.
• Engage in community events to promote the childcare service.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Early Childhood Development is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a childcare environment

Technical Skills

• Child Development Knowledge
