Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients, support their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient health data and report any changes.
• Implement nursing interventions to achieve clinical goals.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Help in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• SANC registered

Experience

• Experience in emergency or critical care nursing is an advantage

• Wound Care Management
• IV Therapy

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with healthcare software and documentation.
• Experience with patient education programs: Participation in programs to educate patients and enhance care.
