Responsibilities

• Mentor junior underwriters and assist with training.

• Establish strong relationships with agents and brokers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss underwriting strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in underwriting or related area
