We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to spearhead projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints. Your leadership will guide our teams to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of project plans and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Provide direction and support to project teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource usage.
• Evaluate project outcomes and suggest opportunities for future projects.
• Maintain documentation and project records for all phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in Data Analysis: Ability to analyze project performance data and metrics.
