Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and maintain user manuals and product guides for various software solutions.
• Work alongside developers and product managers to gather information and stay updated on product changes.
• Create and manage online help resources and FAQs for users.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
• Review, proofread, and edit documentation to ensure high standards of quality.
• Adhere to company style guides and industry standards in documentation creation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or related field
• Technical writing certification is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
