Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Tool Pusher with extensive experience in oil and gas drilling operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing the rig's daily activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you're a natural leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire drilling operation and ensure efficiency.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with all teams on-site and with the head office.
• Mentor junior crew members to enhance skill sets.
• Conduct routine inspections of drilling equipment.
• Document operational metrics and make improvements where necessary.
• Engage in continuous training for the team on new technologies.
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and reports.
• Lead incident investigation and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Diploma in Drilling Operations preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in drilling operations including as a Tool Pusher

Technical Skills

• Safety Procedures
• Drilling Equipment Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Team Management
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Health & Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with offshore drilling: Prior experience in offshore rigs is an advantage.
• Training in advanced drilling technologies: Exposure to modern drilling machinery and technologies.
