Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed testing plans based on project specifications.
• Evaluate software systems for quality assurance by identifying defects.
• Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist in the implementation of new testing tools and methodologies.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure documentation of test cases, defects, and testing results.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide testing updates.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and best practices.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Automation
• Defect Tracking

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools: Experience with cloud testing platforms.
• Experience in DevOps practices: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
