Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pretoria to lead our recruitment efforts and manage the end-to-end hiring process. If you're passionate about finding and engaging top talent, this is the role for you. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates. Your role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees while also enhancing our employer brand in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement innovative recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
  • Evaluate job applicants based on criteria such as education, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work with the HR team to enhance the employee referral program.
  • Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Participate in workforce planning to align talent acquisition with company goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience to enhance employer brand.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers as needed
  • Stay updated on market trends to effectively position job offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
