In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
• Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Conduct reference checks and background screening.
• Assist in negotiating job offers with clients and candidates.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients for future recruitment needs.
• Compile regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional HR qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
