Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to lead our training initiatives. This position will be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness, coordinating learning resources, and ensuring that all employees have access to the tools they need for success in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the skills and knowledge gaps of employees and develop targeted training solutions.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees through comprehensive training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Utilize feedback mechanisms to improve training courses and materials.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a learning and development role

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Learning Management Systems

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Instructional Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in using multimedia learning tools: Experience with tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or similar software.
• Experience in e-learning development: Knowledge of creating and delivering online learning experiences.
