Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding them. Your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge will be critical in shaping the workforce of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitor strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates efficiently.
• Facilitate the interview process and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and integration of new hires.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
• Organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
