Production Worker (Pleater)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Production Workers (Pleaters) to join our dynamic team in creating beautiful and functional pleated fabrics. Candidates should have a passion for textiles, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-ups and adjustments for different pleat patterns and designs.
• Ensure all production meets specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels for fabrics and other production materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in textile manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software preferred.
