Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new chemical manufacturing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure innovative solutions.
• Assist in the scaling up of production from laboratory to industrial scale.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Prepare and present project proposals to management.
• Ensure all processes are compliant with environmental regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control procedures.
• Liaise with external suppliers and contractors on procurement needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a chemical engineering role
