Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager. You will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Your role will be crucial in shaping an inclusive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Implement HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill employees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and a positive experience.
  • Facilitate employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing a competitive compensation structure.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
