Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Centurion. The successful candidate will work on innovative agricultural projects, implementing technologies that promote sustainability and efficiency in farming practices. Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver presentations on HR compliance topics.
• Advise management on consequences of non-compliance.
• Research best practices in HR compliance and implement them.
• Review and update company policies to align with current legislation.
• Assist with workplace investigations related to compliance issues.
• Develop action plans to address compliance deficiencies.
• Coordinate external compliance audits when required.
• Support the HR team in employee relations and dispute resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR compliance are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in HR or compliance roles

Certifications

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
