Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Foster an environment of open communication among team members.
• Utilize project management software to keep track of tasks and milestones.
• Ensure projects meet defined success criteria and objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver project presentations to stakeholders.
• Perform project closeout activities, ensuring all documentation is complete.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience managing projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
