Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to enhance our management processes and contribute to providing exceptional patient care. The role involves coordinating healthcare services, supervising staff, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily healthcare administrative operations.
  • Supervise and train staff on healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and healthcare laws.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial reporting.
  • Improve patient care processes by implementing best practices.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and data for reporting.
  • Develop and enhance healthcare programs for patient satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to foster communication.
  • Resolve patient complaints and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
