Responsibilities

  • Monitor usage patterns and proactively reach out to customers to avoid churn.
  • Create surveys and gather feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to promote success stories.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Provide insights on customer experiences to guide product development.
  • Host regular strategy sessions with key customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-focused roles
