Job Description

Looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage our Cape Town warehouse operations. The role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to drive efficiency within the team while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory turnover rates and report on stock management issues.
• Lead operational meetings to communicate priorities and directives.
• Facilitate staff scheduling and allocation of resources to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and protocols.
• Assist in budgeting and cost management within the warehouse.
• Handle any personnel issues and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with transportation teams to resolve delivery issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
