Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support patients in daily activities, including bathing and dressing.
• Help with patient mobility and ensure safety during transfers.
• Document and monitor vital signs as required.
• Deliver medications according to specific instructions.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Keep the living areas of patients clean and tidy.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to enhance well-being.
• Record all care activities in patient records accurately.
• Adhere to safety and infection control measures.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Nursing Care or related field

Experience

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
