Job Description

We are seeking an organised Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role involves managing clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards while supporting a team of researchers and medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and screening of trial participants.
• Schedule and conduct study visits, ensuring proper data collection.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study files.
• Collaborate with investigators to develop study protocols.
• Monitor site activities to ensure completion of trial milestones.
• Evaluate and report on subject eligibility and risks.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines during trials.
• Support the collection and review of data during trials.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination

• Project Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Certification: Certification demonstrating experience and knowledge in clinical trials as an associate.
