You'll be responsible for itinerary planning, booking accommodations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. Responsibilities

• Guide clients in selecting the best travel options and experiences.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with travel suppliers.
• Monitor travel restrictions and provide updates to clients.
• Utilize travel booking software to manage reservations.
• Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in travel fairs and events to promote services.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Travel and Tourism is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in travel planning or consultancy

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Social Media Marketing

Certifications

• IATA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
