Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • A relevant qualification in Customer Service or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
Soft Skills

  • Time management skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational
