Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable General Finance Officer to oversee the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for financial planning, management of financial risk, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of financial practices, regulations, and must be able to provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for managing financial risks.
• Analyze trends and provide insights to guide investment strategies.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and conduct variance analyses.
• Ensure proper accounting practices and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Administer payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders regarding finances.
• Facilitate financial training programs for staff to enhance financial literacy.
• Coordinate financial strategy across all levels of business operations.
• Optimize tools and processes for financial management efficiency.
• Audit financial statements and submit reports to CFO.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional accounting or finance certification is a plus

• 5+ years in finance-related roles, particularly in corporate settings
