Aerospace Inspector

Job Description

As an Aerospace Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating aircraft and aerospace products. Your role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications, providing critical oversight in the aerospace manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft overhauls, modifications, and repairs to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of inspection processes and tools.
• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Implement corrective actions for identified defects and non-conformances.
• Assist in the development and improvement of inspection standards.
• Work closely with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity of materials used in production.
• Conduct audits of maintenance practices and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aerospace Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace inspections

Technical Skills

• CAD software proficiency
• Quality assurance practices

Certifications

• Certified Aerospace Inspector

Languages

• English: Fluent
