Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, perform examinations, prescribe medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop personalized care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare laws and regulations.
• Conduct follow-up appointments to evaluate treatment efficacy.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years working in a clinical environment

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus

Languages

• Leadership experience: Prior experience in a leadership role within the healthcare setting.
