Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, ensuring their health and well-being through effective diagnosis and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a range of common illnesses and injuries.
  • Work with patients to develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patients for long-term health.
  • Educate families about health maintenance.
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality assurance processes.
  • Engage in peer reviews to improve practice standards.
  • Contribute to medical policy formulation where applicable.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Conduct community workshops to promote healthy lifestyles.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
  • Family Medicine specialization preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a clinical environment
