Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest quality standards for our software applications. This role involves working closely with development teams to create test plans, execute tests, and report on findings. A passion for quality and problem-solving is a must!

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage automated testing frameworks.
• Review and analyze project documentation for accuracy.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize testing efforts.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance.
• Utilize testing tools to streamline the QA process.
• Work with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide clear and detailed feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing

Technical Skills

• Scripting Languages

Certifications

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
