Responsibilities

Regularly assess job evaluations for internal consistency and market competitiveness.
Consult with employees regarding benefit inquiries and issues.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and perks.
Liaise with external vendors to negotiate competitive benefit offerings.
Conduct ongoing training for management on compensation policies and practices.
Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Collect and interpret data to drive compensation decisions and strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or relevant field
Relevant advanced qualifications preferred.
